How To Clean Off Smegma From Penis?
Im 13 and can only pull my foreskin back half way, but ive got alot of smegma due to masterbating with my foreskin over (weird i know) and well how am i supposed to clean it? Is smegma harmful and what would happen if it was left on my penis, also my penis is quite sensitive.

You should clean it with simple water.
Excessive smegma is a known precipitating factor of penile cancer.
In this age, foreskin can be pulled back half way only.
So, maintain proper hygiene.
