Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Thyroid cancer can be diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology and ultrasound thyroid. Ultrasound of thyroid gives exact site and location of cancer and it gives idea whether cancer has spread or not.
Treatment and prognosis depends on type and stage of cancer. However you should go for surgery. It is required in all types.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
