How To Calculate The Ovulation Date?

Hi doc, I had my 16th day folicular study, my left ovary size is 18mm endometrium grade is 10mm TL, i got my last cycle on May 4th. What would be my ovuation date? what would be my ovary size on ov. date? would it be good enough for conceiving? I haven t taken any medicine. What should be my next step?

hi once Ur dominant follicle reaches around 18 - 20 mm then in consultation with your gynaec if your follicle doesn't rupture spontaneously you can take inj hcg 10,000 units to make the follicle rupture. just monitor this cycle to see if spontaneous ovutipn
occurs or no .
