How To Calculate The Food I Eat In Calories?

2000+ calorie diet
Based on my size and activity level, I've been recommended to have more than 2000 calories each day. My question is about other nutritional factors. When looking at nutritional information on foods, the percentages of other things (ie fat, protein, sodium) are listed as being based on a2000 calorie diet. Would that be scalable, generally speaking? Like, if I was recommended 4000 calories daily, would I simply double those amounts, are there other ways to calculate it or is it the same?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The nutritional information normally states the number of calories based on a particular amount of the food used (normally stated at the top of the nutritional table).
If the amount is altered the calorie content and the other contents would be altered as well.

There are electronic web based calorie counters that can help you to determine food quantities and calories.

I hope this helps
