my father is having hydronephrosis (both kid) with duplex peilvi calceal system), posted for heminephrmy -Lt kd, laterTCC was diagnosed (rt kid) lt kid G.F.R -14 RT KID G.F.R. -37 WHERE i should treat him& any hope? as his ureters r narrow any hope for renal transplantation?

I think you should consult with a nephrologist as the beginning. Let him/her study your father's case and tests reports to decide on the best treatment strategy.

Should start taking the first treatment, then, after evaluating his case better can decide if transplantation or which treatment will be beneficial.
