How To Ascertain That The Abortion Is Successful At This Time?

my wife was pregnant 15-20 days we tried for abort and took tablets after she got period just 5 hours only then it was stopped from at evening 6pm again vomiting is continues please can you tell me ? it was aborted or still is there ? will be getting any problem for health.?please reply immediately.

Understand your concern
You should take abortion pill under advice of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan.
Abortion should be done under medical surveillance to prevent complication and incomplete abortion.
According to your history, you take medical abortion pill to abort.
Vomiting is a side effects of pill and gradually decrease. Take tablet PAN-D for that.
Normally bleeding will continue for 4-5 days (decreased gradually).
Bleeding also depend on age of pregnancy.
To prevent complication to health, consult the gynecologist and need to be examined (per vaginal examination) if no more bleeding occurs.
Best confirmation of complete process of abortion will be checked by USG scan. It is normally done after 14 days. But if no much bleeding with tissue and blood clots, you can do earlier also to diagnose incomplete abortion.
If incomplete abortion will detect, can be treated by extra dose of misoprostol or surgical process like D &C.
