How To Alleviate Lower Back Pain Caused By A Bulging Disc?
I have a bulging disc in my lower back (L5) and some arthritis. Some days, I really struggle with the pain. I was looking for something that might help alleviate the pain. I am a healthy 58 yr old, exercise frequently (dance, yard work, walk), I could stand to loose 10-15 lbs but am not really overweight.

If you have lower back pain, you can really get benefitted with steroid infiltration, it is the procedure is done by anesthesiologist who will decrease your pain for 6 months or so.
If surgery is not necessary, then you can go for above-mentioned treatment.
