How To Alleviate Headache, Stomach Pain And Gas?

How to alleviate these pains started two days ago? Feeling extremely terrible. Sever headache, stomach pain, and extremely gassy (even after going no.2, gassiness does not go away and have a ton of farts). My guesses. I ve been doing wrestling last few weeks and and now stopped. Wrestling was one hour swimming in the morning and 3 hours practice after school everyday so I began to eat alot to sustain such high activity. Now that I ve stopped wrestling (2 days ago) I m still active, just like half an hour running so not nearly as much but still eating just as much as during wrestling. (this may be cause of stomach pains and then excessive farting?) If this is cause I m guessing I need to eat less and be more active? Or other possibility is that I just moved back into my room. When my brother comes from college I let him have the room and he smokes alot of hooka. He vents the room after with fans and window and while he was here I didn t go in that room. He left two days ago and after sleeping in their and staying in their the last two days I may have headache and stomach pains from hooka gas which my body is trying to get rid of by farting?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The passive smoking (smoke inhaled when someone else smokes) affects the lungs.
It will not cause any direct effect on the gastrointestinal tract.
The gastric upset (gassiness) and stomach ache that you are experiencing is due to indigestion and not passive smoking.
Please watch your eating habits.
Take light food for couple of days. Avoid foods which increase gas formation.
Avoid beverages especially at night, avoid fatty and spicy foods, take a light stroll before going after dinner before going to bed.
If the symptoms are not controlled after these measures, you need to consult gastroenterologist for medication.
A group of drugs called proton pump inhibitors are commonly used for gassiness which controls the gas production.

Thanks and take care
