Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Darolac can be given for 5-6 days daily one sachet.
You may give ORS solution about 50-100 ml after each motion or vomiting to prevent dehydration.
Zn 20 mg/day can be given for fast recovery.
Continue feeding as usual in spite of loose motions.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
