How To Get Rid Of Pins And Needles ?
im 25 weight just under 13 stone after loosing 3 stone. im on xenical 120mg hx of polycystic ovaries, im a smoker btween 5-10 a day, My problem is pins and needles i get them alot lately and very quickly when im sitting on my leg, even when im sleeping every night i wake up 2/3 times with them. im just wondering what could be the cause of this and how can i rectify it please?

hi,
you might have general debility & lac of minerals and vitamins in your body,take minerals and vitamin's in your regular diet, specially Vitamin E, this problem also exist due to nervous problem, suggest you to take proper investigations. try to avoid Smoking as you no it's not good for health. do you feel back pain.
