How to Detoxify lungs ?

Hi, I am 30 years old and a heavy smoker. I smoke close to 20 cigarettes every day. I have tried a lot to quit this habit but in vain. I have tried all possible ways but nothing helped. I am having trouble breathing and a lot of uneasiness in the chest (Especially when I wake up from sleep). Can you please advise if there are medicines available to detoxify my lungs? I desperately want to quit smoking , but the kind of work and family stress I have is adding up for my chain smoking. Please advise. Thanks

Thanks for query,
there is no medicine for detoxifying the lungs.,
But you go for deep breathing respiratory exercise.
Take deep breathe so that your lungs fully expanded, then gradually do expiration.
Do the same thing again.
Go for this procedure 10 mnt in the morning and evening.
Remain in well ventilated atmosphere.
ok and bye.
