Tubectomy is very little surgery.. but need to rest till all things may sets in your body.
also you have little abdominal pain, so that you must have to wait till the pain to be cures. although after a week you can start intercourse.
But initially you must have to use condom to prevent your self from infections..

Welcome to healthcraemagic.com.Intercourse can be resumed 3 days after tubectomy if it is by laproscopy. It is better to use a condom for first week to ensure maximum protection. Try to have sex while you rest on your abdomen as in that condition deep penetration inside vagina is not possible and male partner may control the ejaculation in a better manner.
