I am 63 years old and I have been fighting a cold or flu for almost 3 weeks. the first few days were hell, could barely breath. I was out from work for the first week, went back, still not feeling well, worked and still, not feeling well, my mild headache is still there, I have a lot of mucos and phlegm draining and green now, my right ear still hurts and I have a lot of chest congestion and tightness, feels like I cannot get a good breath most times. I am hacking, hacking and the earache and headache are still there. It hurts my ear to blow my nose, feels like an ice pike..when I blow my nose, then I can t try to clear my lungs...hurts.
