As per your symptoms, the possibility of premature ejaculation is very high. This is a very common condition and largely reportedly most males. Most cases have underlying performance anxiety which causes the semen to expel outside quickly. A short course of few oral medications can correct the underlying condition. I generally prescribe oral medications of Dapoxetine to my patients with such symptoms along with antioxidant CoQ supplementation. Non pharmacological measures particularly practising the start and stop technique ( master and Johnson technique) and indulging in prolonged foreplay can improve premature ejaculation.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
