How Should Recurring Chest Keloids With Pus Be Treated?

Hi, I have had keloids for over ten years now, and was getting treated with steroid injections but recently stopped with those injections. The keloid on my chest has recently developed pus inside and leaked out the pus along with blood. will this occur again? what should i do ?

Hi
Keloid has tendency for recurrence.
Now pus is discharging from lesions, It means it is secondary infected.
Now you should take oral and topical Antibiotics first , then u should take laser treatment to remove it and use pressure garments to prevent recurrence.
Thanks
