How Should Knee Pain Due To Abnormal Bone Marrow Edema Be Treated?

I have had right knee pain for a month now I had a Mri and is says I have abnormal bone marrow edema the doc has had me on light work duty and physical therapy for a month now and it is not getting better it wakes me up it hurts bad after physical therapy and the doc said there is nothing we can do about it help

I have studied your case and I can assure you that bone edema never causes such pain. I would suggest you to show it to a knee specialist. I think you are also having cartilage damage for which i would suggest you following.
1. Static quadriceps exercises.
2. Warm water fomentation and voletran ointment.
3. Tablet Brufen daily along with Dicerin which will help cartilage to grow.
4. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and running on hard surface.
