General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
If you fee the lump in the breast, lump increased in size and pain, then you have to remove the mass by surgical process.
As you have family history of breast cancer, lump should be sent for the histopathological examination to rule out the caner.
Other wise just fibronodular tissue require close follow up.
Oral contraceptive pill and estrogen modualtor can be used to prevent the firboadenosis and to resolve it.
Consult the gynecologist for proper management.
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for further health issue.
Best regards
