Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of cicatricial alopecia, my treatment advice is -
1. Cicatricial alopecia is a progressive permanent hair loss condition leading to baldness.
2. Apply a tacrolimus 0.03 %ointment twice daily on affected part.
3. You need to go for aggressive treatment like oral steroids and hydroxy chloroquine given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
