How Should Body Strengthening And Toning Be Done By Exercise?

I AM A 52 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND I WOULD LIKE TO START AN EXERCISE ROUTINE. I DO NOT NEED TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT. I WOULD LIKE TO TONE/STRENGTHEN MY BODY (PARTICULARLY THE LOWER BODY) AND I IMAGINE I WOULD NEED SOME CARDIO FOR OVERALL HEALTH/FITNESS. I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A REBOUNDER. I NEED SOMETHING SIMPLE, EASY AND TAKES MINIMUM TIME. I DON T HAVE ANY HEALTH CHALLENGES. THANKS.
