How Should Arm, Shoulder, Back And Neck Pain Be Treated?

For about 2 weeks I have had constant pain in my upper left arm, left shoulder and shoulder blade area of the back, neck and in the area of my left breast. No injuries to any of the areas. Thought I slept on my arm wrong but pain has remained and otc pain meds and heating pads have not helped.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be suffering from frozen shoulder because it seems to be commonest affection fitting into it . Check whether you have some restriction of movement also. Its treatment is analgesics such as diclofenac and mobilisation excercises of shoulder. If pain is not relieved by these then tramadol is given three times a day.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
