Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

You are not improving with conventional treatment. So you need to try the next step of treatment for allergic bronchitis. So for you, the following are the treatment options.
1. Ultra LAMA (long-acting Muscarinic antagonist) - Glycopyronium and ultra LABA (long-acting beta 2 agonists) - an indacaterol combination
2. Bronchial thermoplasty
3. Immunotherapy with omalizumab (monoclonal antibody against IgE). So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these and start appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
