How Should Tikosyn Be Taken?
T take Tykeson every 12 hrs but this morning it was 14hrs. Do I start a new schedule or do I just do a new 12 hr schedule. I am on 8am to 8pm usually but since I didn t take it until noon do I wait until 12 00 to take the next dose or go with the 8.00 as usual.

Tikosyn (Dofetilide) is a medicine taken for arrhythmias. Do not start a new schedule. Take your medicine even you are late for 2 hours and keep your 8am-8pm 12-hour schedule.
Never double the dose if you miss your medicine.
