How Should Oxycontin Be Taken In Caparison To Loratabs?

how should oxycontin be taken in comparison to loratabs....I don't want to over do it, but I usually take two tem mg loratab for my pain when its bad, but a friend gave me some oxy 10mg.....will 1 ten mg oxy be equivalent to 2 ten mg loratab, or do I need more, in ur opinion

Please, it is not advisable to take pain medications fro your friend and use without the knowledge of your doctor. This may offer short term relief but can get you into difficulties should your doctors find out that you have this drug in your system upon testing because you would be considered an abuser and every other pain medication would be stopped. Must you take this drug, start with 10mg and if you are still in pain, you may want to increase the dose to appropriately address the pain. In all, it is best to talk to your doctor about this for your safety.
