How Should Mifepristone And Misoprostol Be Taken To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?
Hi doctor, my gf is 60 days pregnant. Today I gave her 1 dose of mefipristone at 10 pm pharmacist suggest to take 2 tablets of misoprostol after 12 hour and third tablet after 24 hour and fourth tab after 12 hour. Is this the right way to take these dosse?? Please and immediately.

If she already took mifepristone, 4 pills of misoprostol should be used after 24-48 hours. She should place 4 pills under her tongue for at least 30 mins (until the pills are dissolved). She may swallow her saliva during that time. After 30 mins whatever remains of the pills can be swallowed. After taking 4 pills of mifepristone she will experience cramping and bleeding. She also might have some fever, diarrhea or headache.
If the fever is more than 24 hrs, or she experiences severe bleeding or severe pain you should visit hospital.
