How Should MRSA Be Treated When One Is Positive For Autoimmune Disease After Recovering From Mononucleosis And C. Difficile Infection?

In the last year, I have had mono, cdiff, mrsa and now testing positive for an autoimmune disease. Needless to say, I am concerned. At the current moment, I am testing positive for mrsa, and have a feeling the cdiff has returned. I was also told I have low iron, which I find confusing, as I eat a long of iron enriched foods. I am on Bactrim for the mrsa, but have just contacted a terrible cold to boot! I am sitting with a mrsa rash under my armpit and now my stomach........what are your thoughts?
