How Should I Prevent Skin Rash?

My name is Cathy & I have some type of skin rash that I ve had for years. There little red bumps clustered up together on my thighs, breasts, upper arms, and belly. They use to itch, but not anymore. I have used hydrocortisone, but it just made me itch.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I suggest using an anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also recommend using Fluconazole 150 mg once.
Cool shower can also be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
