How Should Althea Pills Be Taken?
Hello! Good afternoon doc. Can I ask a question about taking althea pills,my first day of period was in august 28 it s a Sunday night , then I decided to take a pill on Monday morning, then on second tab was on Tuesday 8pm till today September 3.it is my 7days ....is it OK? Did I follow the instructions right? Am I safe to have sex after 7days/?thanks

Yes you have done right, pill should be started on the second day of period and should be taken on same time of the day daily, without missing it, for 21 days. Mostly it avoid pregnancy if taken regularly, you can have sex at day 7 as it would work most of the times.
