I used to use primatine mist until the drug companies and epa managed to get the fda to ban it. Now I am using the ventolin inhaler prescribed by my doctor. One lasts me about 2 to 3 months and the Dr. says I am using too much. I have had absolutely no side effects whatsoever, and I am wondering what she will offer me if I can t get the ventolin as I need it. I was a heavy smoker for many years and quit several months ago. I get congested in the evening and overnight but not so I can t breathe but just uncomfortable. I am in good shape and exercise every day and can work most guys my age, 76, under the table. During the day I feel just fine. It s only around bedtime and first thing in the morning that I use the inhaler. I think I can be the judge as to when and how much I use the inhaler. I have an appointment on coming Thursday and will see what the Dr. is going to say.
