How Safe Is Using Hydroquinone-Tretinoin-Mometasone ?

i used this cream for abt 30 days Hydroquinone-Tretinoin-Mometasone there was improvement but i stopped for 3 days then again my skin became dark some rash was also there what was the reason can i use that cream or not are there any side effects........

Hello,
If this is prescribed by your doctor then take this as per his guidelines and duration.
If you are taking on your own then be conscious because this cream should be used with proper indications considering the side effects as this also contains mometasone which is an steroid and has its own uses and limitations.
So my suggestion is better you consult a dermatologist and after assessing your skin he will decide whether to use this cream or he will prescribe some other.
