Hi,
Thanks for posting your query in Health Care Magic and i understand your concern.
The ideal weight for your weight and height is expected to be around 130-150 pounds , you are about a 35 pounds more. This is not good for you as you have health complications like high BP, Diabetes and High cholesterol levels.

Its good to take measures to reduce your weight , but i wouldn't suggest you to take diet pills to do so, because you are not extremely obese . You can cut down the extra 30-35 pounds by diet and exercise alone.
Reduce all the junk, oily food.
drink atleast 4-5 litres of water per day, eat lots of vegetables and fruits which are less in sugars as you are a known diabetic.
Also reduce the amount of salt you take , eating fibre rich food will keep you full for a long time. This way you can cut down eating too much.

And weight loss pills are not good because you are a hypertensive patients, diet pills have side effects like causing increased heart rate, could also sometimes lead to low sugar levels which is not good considering that you are on treatment for diabetes already.
Follow the balanced diet and regular exercise for about 4-6 months and you will see for yourself that you will be able to get rid of those extra pounds.
Do not give up the diet in between , keep yourself motivated always in achieving your ideal weight.

Hope this helps and answers your query satisfactorily.
Wish you good health, stay fit.
Good luck.
Regards.
