How safe is Sclerotherapy to eliminate vein at the center of forehead?

I have a vein that goes right down the center of my forehead in a y shape and pops out everytime I smile, laugh, bend over, or lay down. Is there ANYTHING that can be done to get rid of this?? I've looked all over the web and some say it can be done with sclerotherapy and others say the vein carries too much blood to be operated on. HELP!

Respected Sir, hi evaluated your query. First of all the affected veins has be evaluated for the supply through tributaries and branches, which may be carried out by the doppler report of the vein. Now depending on the supply level and clinical correlation of the patient and the rest of the comorbid conditions, type of the curative steps are to be considered dear thanks regards

Hello! I have noticed that after receiving a painfull hit during paintball the veins in the affected area (on leg) have become more visible. They are also more visible, if compared to the same area of the other leg. Can this be related, if yes - could it disappeared or it should be treated with sclerotherapy, for example. Thank you!

I am 65 yrs old, RN. working FT, weigh 120, had vein procedure for the heavy, fatigue in my legs. I work out regularly by the way. The procedure -- laser, vein removal, and sclerotherapy was done last fall. Since then I seem to have lymphedema in both legs -- worse in the right. It s in the ankle area and about 4 to 5 in. above. Had it checked by the dr. who did the procedure in April, and he had no answers saying my ultrasound was fine. What do you think? It is uncomfortable with some times pain in the outer right ankle.

The only meds I am currently taking are one omega 3 tablet, a vitamin d and multivitamin daily. Is horsechestnut a good alternative, and would it interact with my daily meds, as outlined above?

My doctor told me the ultrasound I just had on my right leg is showing that my veins are thin/weak. He is running more blood test and is checking my thyroid as well. But after coming home and searching on the internet weak veins come from varicose veins and I though varicose veins can be seen with the eye. I do not seem to have any showing? Is it possible to have varicose veins with none to be seen by the eye?
