General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. Reclast injection is composed of 'Zoledronic acid', which is a medication used to treat a number of bone diseases namely osteoporosis, high blood calcium due to cancer, bone breakdown due to cancer, and Paget’s disease of bone.

Side effects with its use can include fatigue, anemia, muscle aches, fever, and/or swelling in the feet or legs. There is a risk of severe renal impairment. Hence appropriate hydration is important prior to administration.

Kindly take the medication as prescribed by your doctor and do the necessary follow-up as advised.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr. Ashakiran S,
