How Safe Are Zolfresh Sleeping Pills?

Respected sir I visited a doctor today as past 3 week m not able to sleep. .m a healthy person and have a great lifestyle I dont have any depression or any sort of family problem or work still I m not able to sleep. My doctor has advised me to take zolfresh 5mg tablet for 10days but m very sacred for it as it is a sleeping pill will it kill me if I overdoze it and to be careful wat would b the amount of overdoze.

You are NOT having depression and family problem , in spite of this , this is true that you are not getting SLEEP properly . But your doctor prescribe 5 mg ZOLPIDEM ( zolfresh ) and still you are so scared that this or ( overdose will kill you ) over dose will kill you , yes . this clearly shows that you are in tension and having anxiety .
Zolpidem is the safest drug for sleep ( for insomnia ) and you can take 5 mg . But the normal dose of zolfresh is 10 mg , so your doctor advise you minimum possible dose for you .
In my opinion without hesitation you can take this drug , even 10 mg in the night is safe .
Only you will feel drowsiness of mild degree next morning.
