Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

TIFFA scan for fetal anomalies is a detailed scan to look for structural areas of concern in a developing fetus. The scan is subjective and there can be errors in interpretation due to the position of the fetus.

As you have got a re scan done and is normal then no need to worry. However, you can have a consultation with a fetal medicine specialist and discuss your quad results in detail.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vivek Chail, Radiologist
