How Reliable Is Elisa Test For HIV?

Hi sir, Is ELISA test can be taken as final result ? Is there any testing lab in Bhubaneswar or Cuttack where I can go through check up ?Please guide me for diagnosis. Please suggest me the duration of the test from the date of intercourse & the accuracy of the tests & reliable patholabs.Thanks

HIV ELISA done after window period is reliable up to 97%. It will become 100% with another non reactive rapid HIV test which will be available is almost all the medical laboratories.
