How Reduce The Weight With Low Levels Of Estrogen?

I recently had my hormone levels checked which indicated very low levels of estrogen and progesterone. I have been receiving the Deporalovera injection for seven years. In that time I have progressively gained weight. Is this a direct cause and what can I do, hormone wise, to lose weight?

Depo Provera has as a side effect weight gain. Eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise are helpful, but you might need to try a different form of birth control that does not have weight gain as a side effect.
