How Quick Does Ferrous Sulfate Get Absorbed In The Body?
my doctor told me I have a deficiency in iron, he has me taking ferrous sulfate 325 mg. I was wondering how well that absorbs into my system? I was looking on line about this and ran across Vitron-C which states it absorbs into the system quick, is that so?

Ferrous sulfate is equally effective for the treatment anemia provided good tolerance to this salt.
There is no problem if you take with vitamin C as they claim more absorption of iron.
