urine examination:color pale straw albumin:trace reaction:acidic pus cells:4-6/hpf ep.cells:8-10/hpf other values normal..feeling sleepy 24 hours just the beginning of pregnancy .anything to worry?

Hi, 4to 6 pus cells in urine is nothing much to worry about. Drink sufficient water, buttermilk and tender coconut water.Lethargy, nausea and vomitting are commonly experienced in the first three months of pregnancy, take rest and small and frequent meals.This too shall pass away. Good Luck
