am 31 and have been mustabuting for more than 10 years now. how many times i masturbate?. I m also having premature ejaculation and weak pennis. what should I do?

Due to hormonal changes during puberty one get sexually excited and bye doing masturbation he becomes calm.
Afterward predominance of testosterone one has compulsion to masturbate to satisfy his sex desire.
There is no effect on weakness or premature ejaculation.
