takes a lot of time .The reason you need to lose weight is because at term you may have delivery problems.Apart from that its not good for your health at all to be overweight
due to innumerable health problems.And i'm sure you dont want these problems to crop up during your pregnancy
.If you find out that you are not pregnant this time,then i would suggest holding the plan back for 6 months during which diet and a rigorous exercise regimen should take precedence.Once you conceive you activities will have to be controlled.You can do exercises at home or the gym but under supervision of a professional.Choose however you want you do it.
