General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Fibroid treatment will depend on the size, positio, age and severity of symptoms.
Medicine like progesterone pill, GNRH agonist will help in resolves the fibroid.
Treatment may take 6-8 months.
If it is asymptomatic then not to worry and and regular follow up is required.
If medicine will not help and associated symptoms like excessive bleeding, menstrual irregularity then surgery is useful
Hope this may help you
