How Much Of Drop In BP And Heart Rate Can Be Expected From Increase In Clonidine?

Trying to find a formula or answere to calculate how much of a drop in BP and HR I can increase from Clonidine 01mg BID. Clonicine states expect a 15-20% decrease in cardiac output however I don't know or Remember how to calculate actual expected BP goal. New med for me and I want to stay informed. I am an RN and Can't find a formula or answer to calculate this.
BP last week ranging from 140-180 over 95-110 with AP of 90-110, palpitations and Headache. Savella for Fibromyalgia increased 30 days ago from 50mg to 100mg for Symptom managment now decreased back down to 50mg r/t cardiac symptoms.
Thank you.
