How Much Dosage Of Levothyroxine Is Correct?
My current TSH value is 0.24 and Free T4 value is 1.19. I am currently taking levothyroxine 137 mcg. Should I change my dosage or can I continue with my current dosage? I am also trying to conceive.

The treatment of hypothyroidism is usually started with lower dosage as irrespective of hormonal level as suddenly increasing thyroid hormone to normal level will increase metabolism, it may precipitate mycardial ischemia and other adverse effects, so it is started at low then gradually increased to normal level over period. consult your physician for titration of dosage dont do it your self by seeing investigation report.
