That depends on the disease you are dealing with. I'm type 1 diabetic and have lots of control over my health. Motivation is wanting to live,wanting to keep my eye sight,my legs,my kidneys etc...

I worry way too much about the little and big things in my life, I stress over it constantly and it seems to be taking over my life and affecting my mood. Hi I am 25 years old 5 7 and weigh 140 lbs. I was 120lbs one year ago and want to be there again but I cannot stop eating!!!!!!! I am on prozac to help build my seratonin levels back to normal which is getting better but I think I am eatind when I am stressed, nervous, depressed... what can I do????
