How Much Clonazapam Do I Need To Take To Equal The Amount Of Alprazolam?
my purse got stolen it had my alprazolam in it I can't get more for another week I have some clonazepam 2mg tablets from about a year ago I was taking 4mg alprazolam a day due to agoraphobia & extreme panic attacks after being attacked and beaten up badly at a mall how much clonazapam do I need to take to equal the amount of alprazolam I was taking? My doctor is closed right now and I have not had any alprazolam today I have stopped it abruptly before and ended up in E.R. with seizures please help me I am starting to feel very anxious

Clonazepam and alprozolam are similar for treatment of panic disorder. Comperative study have shown no differance. Donot feel panicky. Going one day without alprozolam does not make any differance.

Alprazolam ane clonazepam has equal dose equivlent, mean, one mg of alprazolam is equal to one mg of clonazepam. If you are taking 4 mg of alprax, in that take 1 mg of clonazapem to avoid withdrawal seizure. In case you need further help, you can consult me.
