How Many Tests Are Needed To Confirm Lack Of HIV Infection?
Hi doctor im 23 years ol I had sex before six month at west africa with sex worker when I finished I noticed that the condom was broked up I took abbot architect third generation combo test at third month anf it was negative with 0.13 cut of range now ar six month I took the same test and it came back negative with 0.40 cut of range am I hiv free or I need another tests? Thank u

Since you tested negative 6 month after exposure it is 100% sure that you are HIV negative.
You don't need to do further tests.The last one was conclusive.
