How many days should one take rest after removing the IUD ?
I have got an appointment to have my coil taken out. I am due to fly 3 days after appointment. Is this safe or should i make another appointment when i get back off holiday ?

Taking off of coil is just an OPD procedure and does not require any rest or any kind of treatment after the removal If you want to get the next coil fitted that can also be done in the same sitting. You can very safely travel and go on a holiday three days after the coil removal.
