Please give me the complete instructions so I can deflorate my wife for the first time

Let me answer your queries one by one.
1. Usually women prefer lying down on the back and thighs folded on stomach. But that is not a rule. In Indian Kamsutra, 84 positions have been described and any one is good enough. Whichever position she feels comfortable is good for her.
2. KY lubricant jelly will facilitate the penile insertion easy. In fact, I have seen cases where after using KY jelly, there was no or minimal bleeding during hymen rupture.
3. Usually, the bleeding after hymen rupture stops after 24 hours, however, may continue for 2-3 days also.
4. There is no necessity to apply any cream or medicine to the ruptured hymen.
5. Bleeding disorders may cause persistent bleeding. Otherwise, it does not continue for long. Any injury to the vagina at the top also may cause persistent alarming bleeding.
6,7 & 8 No necessity to use any local medicine after hymen rupture.
9, 10. No necessity to use NSAID. the pain is just transient.
11. Sitz bath not advisable.
12. The hymen gets ruptured due to the penile entry. So you are already in the act of intercourse.
13. You may do that.
And lastly my suggestion to you is that you are in the process of love and not the war. Please do not have such a stress of defloration. It is a natural physiological phenomenon.
