Hello

A tendon rupture usually takes quite some time to heal. And the healing ratio is usually not 100%. However you can curb the pain more than 80%.

If you want to go for ayurvedic treatments i suggest JANU BASTI using MAHAMASHA TAILA for 14 days . Repeat this after a couple of months if you feel the need. There is no harm in it. You should be able to see major relief within first couple of days of treatment.
Note - Please make sure you are getting the therapy in an authentic panchakarma center for best results. Also pressure massage on the are is NOT INDICATED.

Simultaneously, you may also consume -
Simhanada Guggulu (any pharmacy)- 1 tab Each - Thrice a day- After food - With warm water
Tablet Shallaki (Himalaya Pharmaceuticals ) - 1 Tab Each - Thrice a day - After Food - With warm water.

If you do not want to take the panchakarma treatment-

1. Make a paste of KOLAKULATTA CHOORNA + EGG+ MAHAMASHA TAILA- apply and bandage comfortably. Wash with warm water after few hours or after it dries up. Repeat everyday.

OR

2.Mix KARPOORADI TAILA and MURIVENNA TAILA in equal measure - warm it to your comfort , indirectly - on boiled water- and apply without using pressure , as many times as you please.

You can purchase these products from Kottakal Pharmaceuticals or Arya Vaidya Shala Pharmaceuticals , in places where i have not specified the required company.

Hope this was helpful.

Warm Regards
Dr Rashmi
