welcome to HCM.You have not mentioned what tablets you are taking-for any specific purpose like PCOS or general vitamins,iron folate.Firstly you seem slightly underweight,Take a diet rich in proteins like milk,eggs,lean meat,fish.,Increase iron foods like palak,methi,etc..do also go for walks -it helps you to keep mind active and stress free.Provided you have no problems-ovulating regularly,no tubal block etc..You should be able to conceive within a year.Take care.
